Well that’s progress, right? The momentum I felt is there. Little by little, as long as I eat what my body deserves and not what my mind “wants,” the scale should reflect my decisions. No. Scratch that. The scale will ALWAYS reflect my decisions, no matter what I decide.
I’ve been in kind of a mood slump the last few days. I need to get 2.5 miles in today so I’m hoping that’ll bust through the gross mood.
I finished season 3 of Downton Abbey – I won’t spoil it for anyone who is a few episodes (or seasons) behind but I am sort of disappointed in the season finale. I finished a book this weekend and started a new one last night – now that I am caught up with Downton Abbey, I will get back to reading.
Any recommendations of books you’ve just finished and love?
